Do you know the story of Luisa Spagnoli? The brand is still thriving today with over 100 stores globally and its headquesters in Perugia. Luisa was a fierce business woman, starting a women’s clothing company and chocolate factory in Perugia. Read more about her on wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luisa_Spagnoli).
This white blouse is in great condition. The sheer blouse has a sort of knot design on the pocket and has, next to a special golden-coloured button at the top also a snap button.
The other buttons seem the same but in different colours so I cannot tell if it is intentional, if it’s the age of the blouse of whether 2 buttons popped and 2 others were put on it. I like to think it is the first.
The label says it is a size 50 but this is definitely not the case. I am a size 6 (36) with a 5’8 (175cm) length I estimate it to be a size 12. Or just perfect if you like blouses a bit oversized like me.
Sizes:
Length 67 cm
Chest 58 cm
Waist 58 cm
Arms 26 cm
Armpit 25 cm
Seeing the design, the absence of a label that says it has been made according to an Italian law from 1973 (you see that often) and he absence of a washing label I estimate it to be from the 1970s. The material is probably polyester but I cannot be sure.
Any questions about the blouse or my shop? Send me message and I will get back to you asap.
Love,
