This Taurus Nites evening dress from the 1970s is a bit of a gem. It is a lovely cocktail dress you can wear at a party or at a more formal event. The dress is 100% rayon but has a velvety feel and look. It has a zipper in the back and is light to wear. Not something I expected, considering the fabric and embroidery!
I am 5″8 (175 cm) and normally wear a size 6/8 (36) and I have 2 cm room left on each side in the waist. It is officially a size 12 but I would say a size 10 in today’s sizes. The dress travelled from the USA (where it was made) to Gent, Belgium to end up in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Where will it go next?
